We're veterans and first responders who invest in real estate. We buy and sell houses, multifamily, land and commercial property.
We want military and first responders to have a good life and be able to support their families. Real estate is how we're going about it.
Why we started
By veterans and first responders, for military and first responders.
Our founder, Bryce Henderson, is a veteran and paramedic. He started HERO REI so that military and first responders, whether active or veteran, could build a good life for their families through real estate.
That includes military and first responders living with an injury, an illness or a disability. If you've served and you invest in real estate, we'd like to do deals with you.

Why work with people who've served?
You already know the kind of people who choose to serve. They're the ones who show up when things go wrong, and most people trust them for it.
It takes a certain character to do that work. Service members and first responders live by strict codes of conduct. As a paramedic, our founder has to hold himself to a strict standard of behavior just to keep his license. We're trusted to walk into people's homes on their worst day and make things better.
We bring that same standard to every deal.

No. We're real estate investors, not a brokerage.
What does HERO REI do?
We buy and sell houses, multifamily, land and commercial property, and we work with homeowners, agents, investors and families buying a home.
Do I have to be military or a first responder to work with you?
No. Anyone can buy, sell, list or invest with us.
Are you a nonprofit?
No. HERO REI is a real estate investing business, veteran and first responder owned.
Are you part of the military or a government program?
No. We're a private business. We're not connected to the military, the VA or any government agency.
