What this site is. Information about how we buy, sell and partner on real estate and work with homeowners, buyers, agents and investors, plus a way to start a conversation with us. Nothing here is legal, tax or investment advice, and nothing here is a binding offer to buy, sell or lend on any property. Every deal is settled in its own written agreement.

Your submissions. When you submit information you confirm it's accurate and yours to share. Numbers discussed before a written agreement are estimates, not commitments.

Texts and emails. When you tick the consent box and send your details on this site, you agree to receive text messages and emails from HERO REI at the number and address you gave, about the property, deal or home you asked about. Texts may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to end texts, or HELP for help. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Your consent is not a condition of buying, selling or borrowing anything. The SMS terms and Privacy Policy also apply.

The usual limits. The site is provided as-is; we don't guarantee it's always available or error-free, and content can change without notice. Site content belongs to HERO REI and may not be scraped or republished without permission.
