What we collect. What you give us: your name, phone number, email, and details about a property or a deal when you use this site, text or call. To reach property owners we haven't spoken with yet, we also use public property records and contact details from data providers. The site also keeps standard technical logs (pages visited, browser type) to keep things working.

What it's used for. To reply to you, talk with you about the property, deal or home you asked about, and follow up on conversations you started. If you agreed to receive texts and emails, they're about your inquiry, not a broadcast list.

What we don't do. We don't sell your personal information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose.

Service providers. Messages and calls run on telecom and hosting providers that process data on our behalf under their own safeguards. Records are kept as long as needed for the conversation and legal requirements, then deleted.

Texting. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help at any time. See the SMS terms.

Your choices. Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, through the Talk to us button or by replying to any of our texts or emails, and it gets done.
